Eligibility Requirements
Applicants who meet any of the following criteria ① through ④ and are native Japanese speakers with a bachelor's degree or higher.
- Certification as a Registered Japanese Language Instructor
- Completion of Japanese Language Education as a major or minor
- Completion of the 420-Hour Japanese Language Teacher Training Course
- Japanese Language Education Proficiency Test Pass
※Please inquire if you are inexperienced or a new graduate. We provide thorough guidance for those with limited experience or no prior experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
We welcome individuals who sincerely engage with each student, support international students in exploring their dreams and futures, and share a passion for education and cross-cultural understanding. Our staff range from recent graduates to those in their 70s. Experience is not required; we welcome applicants with no prior experience or those returning to work after a break.

Employment Conditions
●Job Openings:
Part-time Japanese Instructor
● Number of positions available:
Multiple individuals (adjusted based on assigned class periods and annual plans)
●Working Hours:
Available to work at least two days a week, Monday through Friday, teaching 4 to 6 periods per day (each period is 45 minutes); each class consists of two consecutive periods totaling 90 minutes.
Periods 1 and 2: 9:30 AM–11:00 AM, Periods 3 and 4: 11:15 AM–12:45 PM, Periods 5 and 6: 1:35 PM–3:05 PM,Periods 7 and 8: 3:20 PM – 4:50 PM

Compensation
●Commission Fee:
4,100 yen or more per 90-minute class session, with preferential treatment based on experience and other factors
※An additional allowance of ¥375 per class period will be paid for non-teaching duties.
●Various Allowances:
Commuting allowance, exam supervision and grading allowance, meeting attendance allowance, homeroom teacher allowance, career guidance allowance, and additional duties allowance available.
