How to Apply for Various Certificates and Documents Required for Activities After Graduation

The procedure for applying for a certificate is as follows. Please note that it takes several days from application to issuance, so apply early if necessary.

  • Japanese: Shipment will be made 4 days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipped 7 days after payment is confirmed

※For graduates more than five years after graduation, some certificates may not be issued due to the expiration of the document retention period (Article 28, Paragraph 2 of the Enforcement Regulations of the School Education Act).

01. Application

When applying at the school office

Please fill out the Graduate Certificate Request Form with the required information and present identification (a document verifying your identity) at the counter to apply. Fees for issuance will be collected at the counter.

When applying by email

  2. Copy of identification documents

    Please submit a copy of one form of identification.

    ※My Number Cards (Individual Number Cards) are not accepted as identification.

    ※Identification documents issued in the individual's home country (overseas) will also be accepted as valid identification.

02. Fees for Certificates

We will charge a certificate issuance fee and postage.

  • For applications submitted in person at the counter, fees will be collected on the spot. Please bring cash based on the estimated fee + postage outlined below.
  • If you apply via email, after reviewing your application documents, the school will provide you with the total amount required for issuing the certificate and the bank account details for payment.

*We are unable to issue academic transcripts or attendance certificates for students who enrolled prior to October 2018. If you require these documents, please apply for a "Certificate of Non-Issuance" instead, as needed.
