1) Office Hours
The office will remain open during the spring break. Please visit us if you need to request certificates or have any questions.

2) Use of the Certificate Stamp Vending Machine
The certificate stamp vending machine in the lobby will be unavailable from Friday, March 27, 2026, to Tuesday, March 31, 2026. Please submit requests for certificates and other documents during other periods.

3) Use of the 2nd Floor Study Rooms (Rooms 203 and 204), 3rd Floor Library, and PC Room

Users must provide their name and student ID number at the [Security Office] on the 1st floor before using these facilities.
During the spring break, hours of operation are weekdays (Monday through Friday) from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
