From the Director of Academic Affairs

After a long stretch of hot weather, it has finally started to cool down. It’s the season for reading, art, and good food.
The results of the first JLPT were received on Monday, August 25. For the more than 200 students who took the exam, these results will serve as a basis for reevaluating their future paths; however, we have already registered them for the second JLPT as needed. Additionally, mid-September saw the administration of the September tests across all classes, and we could see students feeling nervous during the conversation portion. Many students demonstrated the results of their practice.
In October, approximately 100 new students will enroll. I look forward to watching over them as they enjoy new encounters and interactions, inspire one another, and broaden the scope of their learning.

From the Career Guidance Office

Starting with Tokyo International University, the designated school recommendation entrance exams for many universities and vocational schools have begun. Our school’s recommendation program is extensive, with recruitment offers coming from numerous universities and vocational schools, led by Meiji University, Gakushuin University, and Hosei University. The total number of available spots is approximately 1.5 times our graduating class. Unlike other entrance exams, this program operates on the premise that “receiving a recommendation virtually guarantees admission” and that “acceptance is conditional upon enrollment.”Choosing a college is a crucial decision that will shape a significant portion of one’s future life. We guide our students to avoid making hasty decisions and to choose carefully after thorough consideration.
